Clay Vikse

General Manager, Operations

Clay Vikse joined Gemini in 2011 as General Manager, GFS Operations and leads Gemini’s maintenance, fabrication and field projects divisions.  Clay has over 10 years of industrial construction and project management experience, and has led teams in: in-situ oil development, construction and maintenance, pipeline development and construction, power generation development, and gas processing development and maintenance.  Clay’s strengths in constructability, cost and schedule control and project safety implementation add strength to the delivery of project management services.

Trung Luu

Director, Project Services

Trung Luu joined Gemini Corporation in 2010 and has more than 15 years of experience in Business Management, Project Controls, and Project Management in Heavy Oil and SAGD projects.  Trung has experience with large EPC and Construction companies involved in planning and executing mega projects.  Trung also has experience in developing and implementing Business and Controls processes and procedures.  Trung hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from the University of Calgary and an MBA from Queen’s University and Cornell University. 

Marlene Quiring, CMA

Marlene Quiring joined Gemini Corporation in 1992 as Controller and has moved into the role of Director, Business Services. She has been involved in the oil and gas service industry since 1979 with increasing levels of responsibility. Her principal role is to lead the business improvement initiatives of the Corporation, as well as to provide support and assistance to the Accounting team. Marlene obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Saskatchewan and is a Certified Management Accountant.

Greg Pada, P.Eng.

General Manager, GES Operations

Greg Pada is a professional engineer with a long track record of project management success throughout his 18-year career. Over the past five years he has been with a major EPCM firm delivering complex projects involving engineering, fabrication, and construction service excellence. Greg has led project teams in diverse industries spanning oil and gas, telecommunications, and in the defence industry while with the Canadian Forces. His experience adds strength to the delivery of project management services and overall to the delivery of Gemini's engineering solutions.

Randy Lomas

Randy oversees the development and management of all aspects of the health, safety, and environment program within all divisions. His primary responsibility is the elimination of all incidents and injuries through the coordinated efforts of all employees. Randy joined Gemini in 1996 and has over 25 years industry experience.

Terry Naven, CMA

Terry joined Gemini Corporation in 2008 and has more than 30 years of experience in financial and information technology management within the engineering and construction sectors. His primary areas of focus are to lead the Accounting team and provide financial support to the operations and management within Gemini. Terry obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Manitoba and is a Certified Management Accountant.
