Gemini believes in investing now, to support the future and its leaders. For this reason, Gemini honours students who have excelled in their commitment to their studies, their school and the community with the following awards:
Apprenticeship Award: Presented to a student that is beginning his/her apprenticeship training in an industrial related technology.
Technical Institute Award: Presented to a student that has registered in a technical institute to further his/her training in an industrial related technology.
RAP Bursary Award: Presented to a deserving graduate who is beginning their apprenticeship in an industrial related technology.
CTS Award: Presented to a deserving graduate who is registered in a technical institute to further their training in an industrial related technology.
Technology Scholarship Award: Gemini is an "Annual Scholarship Donor" to the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT), assisting students in reaching their educational and employment goals.
Gemini Apprenticeship Award: Gemini is an "Annual Scholarship Donor" to the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) for their apprenticeship program.
Undergraduate Award: Every year, Gemini offers “The Gemini Engineering Bursary” to a student entering their fourth year in either Chemical or Mechanical Engineering at the University of Calgary. This award is based on academic merit and financial need. Eligible students must have expressed an intention to pursue a career in the petroleum industry.
