Gemini’s regulatory group is a new and upcoming line of business that is outside of the traditional EPCM model.  This line of business not only supports in house permitting needs but acts as a stand-alone business unit.

Gemini’s regulatory group focuses on policy-based services, which leads to a functional orientation to assisting clients with regulatory applications and issues. In addition, our team possesses environmental expertise that is helpful to clients with respect to their regulatory requirements.  

Gemini’s regulatory solutions team works hard to provide innovative solutions to our clients.  We work closely with our in-house engineers to provide regulatory guidance throughout the design period to produce the most practical solutions to continually generate compliance under the umbrella of regulators.
