	Doug Lautermilch, P.Eng. President & CEO Doug Lautermilch was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Gemini Corporation on June 29, 2009. Doug obtained an MBA from the Queens School of Business in 2000 in advanced studies in Leadership, Innovation and Change in Global Business. He is a Professional Engineer with a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary (1987). In addition, he earned a Technology Diploma in Industrial Electronics from SAIT in 1978. Doug brings to Gemini over thirty years experience in both Engineering and Field Services businesses.		Robert P. Brookwell, B.Comm, CMA Executive Vice President & CFO Rob joined Gemini Corporation in 2005 and has over 25 years of business experience in senior management positions within a number of different industry sectors. The past 20 years have been spent with companies listed on both the Toronto Stock Exchange and the TSX Venture Exchange. His primary areas of expertise span all aspects of corporate services with particular emphasis on finance, accounting, operations management, information technology and human resources. As Executive Vice President, Rob plays an integral part in the strategic direction and development of the organization as well as assisting all operations in their ongoing efforts to enhance business practices. Rob obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and is a Certified Management Accountant.
	Glen Roberts Vice President, Corporate Development Glen brings 25 years of industry experience in various roles. These companies range from the end user to E&P, EPCM and other fortune 500 corporations involved in the energy industry and other major conglomerates. Glen oversees HR Organization Development; Business Development and Marketing and Corporate Communications. These departments involve key initiatives and will focus on building a cohesive, consistent leadership. Glen has been heavily involved in coaching and leadership and overall change management functions which will assist the senior executive team in their forward thinking strategies and will also bring a diversified scope to the Gemini management team. Glen will be responsible for developing and implementing overall corporate leadership and direction for all business units. Glen contributes to the total customer interface promotes long term loyalty while exceeding customer's expectations.		Michael Ostapiw, P.Eng. Vice President, Integrated Solutions Michael Ostapiw is a professional engineer with more than twenty years of increasing management responsibility. Over the past five years, he has held senior positions within the service sector concentrating on In-situ Heavy Oil development. This enabled him to gain extensive experience in managing integrated teams focused upon client deliverables and schedules on larger projects. In his previous roles, Michael has been responsible for seamlessly combining engineering, construction and fabrication resources to drive joint accountability for project success. His background and experience is ideally suited to provide the direction and guidance necessary for Gemini to continue refining its integrated solutions approach and achieve long-term growth utilizing this service delivery model while still remaining focused on stand-alone fabrication and construction services.
	Paul Blaha, P.Eng. Vice President, Engineered Solutions Paul Blaha is a professional engineer with an MBA designation and has held a number of progressively senior executive positions throughout his 21-year business career. The past twelve years he has been with a major Alberta-based energy producer and distributor delivering worldwide service excellence and innovative business solutions in high growth environments. This experience has enabled Paul to develop extensive leadership skills applicable to the execution of Gemini's strategic plans. His general business background and experience in the delivery of EPCM and integrated project execution models adds strength to the delivery of Gemini's engineering solutions.		Dr. Roderick Facey Vice President, Technology Solutions Dr. Roderick Facey was appointed to the newly created position of Vice President, Technology Solutions effective September 7, 2010. Rod has been leading the consultancy as the Director of Technical Solutions since its inception. The growth of the consultancy will continue to be lead by Rod; however, it will now be at the corporate level allowing it to work cooperatively with all three business units for engineering initiatives, project management and business development. Rod will also participate in the development and implementation of corporate strategies, annual business plans, and execution plans to deliver consistent profitable projects and operations.
	Dwayne Boettger Acting VP, Maintenance Solutions Dwayne came to Gemini with the acquisition of Carey Welding in 2005. Dwayne managed Carey Welding for 15 years and continues to manage the Maintenance Solutions business unit from the Fort Saskatchewan operations. Dwayne has certifications as a Power Engineer, ABSA Welder Examiner, CWB Welding Supervisor, Alberta B Pressure Red Seal Welder, and Picker Operator. His 40 years of experience in the Heavy Industrial Petrochemical Industry brings a solid understanding of the needs of Gemini's clients when they are planning and executing shutdowns, emergency maintenance repairs, and construction projects in operating plant environments.		Marlene Quiring, CMA Director, Business Services Marlene Quiring joined Gemini Corporation in 1992 as Controller and has recently moved into the role of Director, Business Services. She has been involved in the oil and gas service industry since 1979 with increasing levels of responsibility. Her principal role is to lead the business improvement initiatives of the Corporation, as well as to provide support and assistance to the Accounting team. Marlene obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Saskatchewan and is a Certified Management Accountant.
	Blair Harding Director, Business Development Blair Harding joined Gemini Corporation in 2002 as Manager of Fabrication Services. He has over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas service industry, with an extensive background in fired equipment as well as other market areas of interest to the Corporation.		Michael Stark Director, Business Development Michael Stark joined Gemini in August 2010 as the Director, Business Development for Gemini Field Solutions. In his role Michael is responsible for all activities that relate to customer and opportunity development for all lines of business. With greater than fifteen years of experience, Michael has held various Sales & Marketing and Business Development roles for companies providing services to project developers focused on the oilsands and oil & gas markets. His primary area of expertise is in developing and executing a top account strategy to grow revenue through exceeding customer expectations and strengthening their business results. Michael has participated in various in-house and professional development projects and seminars along with having successfully achieved a certificate in Sales Management from the Queenâ€™s School of Business.
	Rick Buckner Manager, Projects Rick received a certificate in Process Piping Design Drafting, Natural Gas Processing from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in 1982. His primary responsibility is to ensure ongoing service excellence to our valued clients. Rick has twenty three years industry experience in project management and operations. Rick joined Gemini in 1990.		Norm Glover, P.Eng General Manager, Construction Norm has over 15 years of experience in the construction of petroleum refineries, power plants and SAGD facilities. Norm recently moved back to Canada and joined Gemini in Calgary in 2007. Norm's experience in multi-discipline, large scale construction projects will accelerate the construction division's acquisition and successful execution of larger projects wtih increasing diversity.
	Ray Sharpe General Manager, Fabrication Ray joined Gemini in January 2009 and brings with him over 25 years of fabrication and construction experience, the last 15 of these with Oil and Gas Facilities. Ray has a wide range of experience within the industry. He commenced his career as a welder, progressing to shop supervisor, field supervisor and construction manager, overseeing multi-million dollar projects in various locations in North and South America. Ray's experience will enhance and refine Gemini's fabrication process and abilities.		Kumud Dutta, P.Eng, CMQ/OE Manager, Quality Assurance Kumud attained his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering in 1978 from India. He is a Professional Engineer and Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence from American Society for Quality. Kumud has 31 years of experience in various fields of Quality Control and Quality Assurance; and has a desire to take Gemini's Quality Assurance to a new level. His experience covers a broad range of industries that include refineries, petro-chemicals, fabrication, EPCM and technical auditing. He is qualified as National Board pressure vessel boiler inspector, ASME authorized inspector and ISO-9000 lead auditor. Prior to joining Gemini he was with the regulatory body for pressure vessels and boilers in the province of Alberta as a Senior Inspector and Pressure Equipment Integrity Management Specialist for eight years. Kumud joined Gemini in 2006.
	Randy Lomas HSSE Officer Randy oversees the development and management of all aspects of the health, safety, and environment program within all divisions. His primary responsibility is the elimination of all incidents and injuries through the coordinated efforts of all employees. Randy joined Gemini in 1996 and has over 25 years industry experience.
