Doug Lautermilch, P.Eng.

Doug Lautermilch brings to Gemini over thirty years experience in both Engineering and Field Services businesses. This experience over the last ten years was as a member of the executive management teams, as President and CEO and a director of private and public companies. Mr. Lautermilch holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Calgary and an MBA from Queen's University. Doug was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Gemini Corporation in 2009.

Robert P. Brookwell, B.Comm, CMA

Rob joined Gemini Corporation in 2005 and has over 30 years of business experience in senior management positions within a number of different industry sectors. His primary areas of expertise span all aspects of corporate services with particular emphasis on finance, accounting, operations management, information technology and human resources. Rob obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and is a Certified Management Accountant.

Michael Ostapiw, P.Eng.

Michael Ostapiw is a professional engineer with more than twenty years of increasing management responsibility. Over the past five years, he has held senior positions within the service sector concentrating on in-situ heavy oil development. This enabled him to gain extensive experience in managing integrated teams focused upon client deliverables and schedules on larger projects. In his previous roles, Michael has been responsible for seamlessly combining engineering, construction and fabrication resources for project success. His background and experience is ideally suited to provide the direction and guidance necessary for Gemini to continue refining its integrated solutions approach and achieve long-term growth while still remaining focused on stand-alone fabrication and construction services.

Michael Boyles

Vice President, Business Development

Michael Boyles was appointed to the position of Vice President, Business Development effective January 3, 2012. Michael brings a tremendous amount of leadership skill to Gemini from a number of senior management roles. Michael’s senior management experience in Brand Development, Marketing and Sales will assist Gemini in the development and implementation of the overall business development strategies, and he will provide leadership for Gemini to achieve strategic growth targets. Michael has extensive experience in client relationship development and strategic leadership that has provided both top and bottom line results.
