Kevin L. Beingessner

Mr. Kevin Beingessner was recently appointed President & CEO and Director of Coril Holdings Ltd. In his new role, he is responsible for leading and directing Coril's business initiatives, including subsidiary companies that operate in Canada, the United States, and globally. Over the past 30 years, Mr. Beingessner has held senior management positions at Manalta Coal Ltd., Titian Investments, Balboa Hotels Ltd. and Balboa Land Investments Inc. Mr. Beingessner holds a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Masters Degree from the University of Calgary. He is a graduate of the Banff School of Advanced Management and is a Certified Corporate Director. He was appointed a Director of Gemini Corporation in 2012.

Doug Lautermilch, P.Eng.

Doug Lautermilch brings to Gemini over thirty years experience in both Engineering and Field Services businesses. This experience over the last ten years was as a member of the executive management teams, as President and CEO and a director of private and public companies. Mr. Lautermilch holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Calgary and an MBA from Queen's University. Doug was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Gemini Corporation in 2009.

John A. Taylor

Director

John Taylor is currently Vice President, Business Development at Coril Holdings Ltd. where he works closely with the operating companies on mergers and acquisitions and post-acquisition integration. Mr. Taylor has over 30 years of engineering, project management and business development experience with public and private companies. His previous appointments at Manalta Coal Ltd. and AltaGas Ltd. provided insight into the energy sector. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from Queen’s University and is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario Executive Program. He was appointed a Director of Gemini Corporation in 2012.

Bryan Weir

Mr. Weir has 22 years of experience with engineering, design and construction of commercial heavy oil facilities. He was the VP Projects with MEG Energy overseeing multi-phase development of the Christina Lake and Surmont Projects. Prior to MEG, he was the Project Director for Suncor’s SAGD and Oil Sands Upgrading Growth Projects. He also had varying responsibility for heavy oil production, operation, reservoir and facilities with Amoco Canada’s Primrose Projects.

Gordon Ritchie

Director

Gordon Ritchie currently holds the position of Vice Chairman at RBC Capital Markets where he has worked for over 30 years.  From 2001 through 2005, he served as Managing Director and Head of RBC's Global E&P Energy Group.  Through previous appointments at RBC Capital Markets he gained extensive experience in investment banking in Europe, the United States and Canada.  Mr. Ritchie holds an MBA from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Alberta. He also maintains securities industry regulatory designations in Canada, the U.K. and the U.S. and served for two years as a member of the New York area Advisory Committee to the New York Stock Exchange Board of Directors.  He was appointed a Director of Gemini Corporation in 2012.
